Membership Rules
- Non-Refundable Fees
- All membership fees, trial fees, and package payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Payments cannot be transferred or refunded if you choose to discontinue or miss classes.
- Membership Validity & Extensions
- Memberships are valid for the period purchased (monthly, quarterly, or 6 months).
- If you miss sessions due to personal reasons, your membership cannot be extended retroactively unless prior notice is given.
- Advance Notice Policy: If you inform the academy in advance about planned absences (e.g., holidays, travel), a one-time extension of your membership may be granted.
- Limit: Only one extension is allowed per membership period.
- Trial Classes
- Freshers can book free demo classes.
- Experienced trainees pay a trial fee of ₹700, which is adjusted in the membership if enrolled.
- Class Limits
- Group classes have a maximum of 10 members to ensure personal attention.
- Personal training sessions are scheduled one-on-one.
- Membership Renewal
- Membership must be renewed before expiry to avoid gaps in training.
- Renewal is subject to availability in group sessions and personal coaching slots.
Code of Conduct
- Members must respect coaches, staff, and fellow trainees at all times.
- Proper training attire, hygiene, and safety equipment must be used during sessions.
- Misbehavior, unsafe conduct, or violation of rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Attendance Policy
- Members are expected to attend classes regularly to get the most benefit from training programs.
- If unable to attend, prior notice is mandatory to qualify for one-time membership extension.
- Absences without notice cannot be compensated.
Health & Safety
- Members must ensure they are medically fit to participate in MMA, boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling, or personal training.
- Kombat 9 MMA Training Academy is not responsible for injuries sustained during training due to non-compliance with instructions, improper technique, or pre-existing conditions.
General Terms
- Kombat 9 MMA Training Academy reserves the right to modify schedules, programs, or fees at any time.
- Special workshops, seminars, and events may be charged separately.
- By enrolling, you agree to abide by all academy rules, policies, and terms.
