Membership Terms And Conditions:

1. I agree to abide by the rules of conduct, behavior, dress code, equipment usage, and use of services that are displayed within this Gym and that have been provided to me.

2. I agree that the membership fees are not refundable, and I agree and understand that nonusage of the gym does not allow early termination of this agreement nor does it warrant a refund of any type. I also agree to understand that nonusage of the gym does not affect any payment terms and conditions of this agreement and that K9 MMA Training Academy is in no way responsible for my level of usage of the gym, and I understand that it is not the responsibility of K9 MMA Training Academy to notify me of my nonusage.

3. K9 MMA Training Academy may at their discretion block access to any K9 MMA Training Academy gym or terminate any membership agreement without notice for any non-compliance of this agreement or any behavior or action that they deem inappropriate.

4. Facilities and services without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect the terms of my membership agreement.

5. I acknowledge that members are not allowed to leave children unattended at the club or on the premises at any time. K9 MMA Training Academy requires either dropping off children brought to the club during the session and returning them after the session. Safety first!

6. I fully understand I am solely responsible for any damage which I may cause to K9 MMA Training Academy, its facilities, services, products, or equipment if such damage is caused by my willful act and/or negligence.

7. I am fully aware that all K9 MMA Training Academies are equipped with Video Surveillance technology which is constantly recording for the security of the gym, and that the Video Surveillance can be remotely viewed at any time by the gym operator and/or security provider.

8. I agree and recognize that I have read the New Member Information document. I fully understand and agree to abide by all the terms, conditions, policies, and instructions contained within.

9. I fully understand and accept that open lockers racks are provided for my use as an additional service and that K9 MMA Training Academy is not responsible for any loss or damage to my property when using the gym or the lockers, including; mobile phone, wallet, headphone, bag, or other.

10. Building allotted Parking is subject to availability; members are required to follow building as well as traffic rules for Parking. K9 MMA Training Academy is not responsible for any damage to your personal vehicle.

Refund Policy:

All Monthly Membership will Never Refundable.

If Annual Membership will Refundable If Total amount will be paid before, We will reduce the Number Of Days, and Remaining Amount Will Be transferred.

If Annual Membership Purchase at Discounted Rate Then refund Will Not Applicable.

Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of any third party rights.
